This Act amends the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reform Act, 1998 and the Electricity Act, 2003 in its application to the State of Andhra Pradesh. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings for both legislation related to the duration and re-appointment of the Chairperson or Members of the Commission.
