European Communities (Vegetable Seed) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 58 of 2020).

These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/990 as they apply to Council Directive 2002/55/EC on the marketing of vegetable seeds by updating the listing of scientific names of species contained in Annex I and Annex II.
