This Joint Order SDA/SAP/MAPA creates the Technical Fisheries Committee, of technical and consultative nature, with the objective of supporting and promoting the articulation of the public and private entities, for Agricultural and Livestock Protection related to the production and processing of fish and fish by-products. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee responsible to carry out the following activities: identify and propose to the competent bodies the normative acts necessary for the implementation of its objectives; promote the discussion on technical-scientific and innovation issues, in the themes related to its objectives; promote the dissemination and facilitate the communication of the Agricultural Defense and private sector initiatives in the themes related to its objectives; and support the necessary articulation for the execution of joint actions, the exchange of experience and training.
