Act containing rules regarding the basic registration of the subsurface (Act Basic Registration Subsurface).

This Act makes provision for the registration of the subsurface and relative rights of use in the Netherlands and the Continental shelf (as defined by the Mining Act) including liquid substances and gasses contained therein. The Minister of Infrastructure en the Environment shall be responsible for setting up and maintaining the registration system.This shall be done by the Dutch Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO).
