This Standard is formulated in accordance with Article 20-1, paragraph 2 of the Fire Service Act. A disaster rescue site with one of the conditions prescribed in Article 3 shall be deemed as a dangerous disaster relief operation as referred to in Article 20 of the Fire Service Act.
