This Regional Decree establishes the procedure for allocation of subsidies for support of the following subsectors of stockbreeding: (a) purchase of breeding heifers, heifers aged 12 to 18 months of milk and (or) meat productivity, young ovine female (sheep) under the age of 9 months (breeding animals); (b) purchase of young poultry (white turkey poults wide-breasted cross BUT Big6, Hybrid Converter, Loman chickens LSL Classic (young birds); (c) purchase of semen of breeding bulls-producers of dairy and (or) meat species (breeding products); (d) purchase of semen from bulls, divided by sex (sexed seed) (bioproduction); and (e) keeping of pedigree young horses. Subsidies shall be granted to agricultural commodity producers (with the exception of citizens - subsidiary farmers and agricultural consumer credit cooperatives). The main distributor of budgetary funds destined for subsidies, within the limits set by the regional budget for the current fiscal year, shall be the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The Regulation contains formula for the calculation of the amount of subsidies.
