Turkish Food Codex Regulation amending the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on the classification of pharmacologically active substances and maximum residue limits in foodstuffs of animal origin.

This Regulation amends Annex 1 which sets out the classification of pharmacologically active substances and maximum residue limits of veterinary medicinal products. Therefore, this Regulation adds Provisional Clause 2 to the Principal Regulation to ensure food businesses comply with these amendments in Annex 1 until 30/12/2021.
