This Regulation establishes the procedure for entering information into the state forest register and placing documents in the state forest register by state authorities, local authorities authorized in accordance with Articles 81-84 of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation to make appropriate decisions, review documents, and requirements for the format of such documents in electronic form. State authorities, local governments enter information into the state forest register, place in it documents, with the exception of information to be entered to the state forest register in the order of interdepartmental information exchange. Documents are placed in the state forest register in electronic form no later than one working day from the date of adoption by state authorities, local authorities of decisions (acts), with the exception of cases provided for by this Regulation. Entering information into the state forest register is carried out on the day of placement of documents in it, on the basis of which such information is to be entered.
