An Act relating to all aspects of management of the territorial waters of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, which are part the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Act mainly concerns arrangements for the carrying into effect of international agreements in the territories, notably the Law of the Sea Convention and MARPOL. The Act prohibits to have, to install or have installed structures without or in deviation from a permit of the Minister responsible for the environment in or on the bottom of the territorial sea or the exclusive economic zone. the Minister may issue rules for the protection of the marine environment.
