Recommendation on amending the NEAFC Scheme of Control and Enforcement on the framework on control applicable to research vessels in the NEAFC Regulatory Area (Rec. 12:2023).

This Recommendation of the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC), adopted in accordance to Article 8 of the NEAFC Convention. The text adds 2 paragraphs to Article 5 of the NEAFC Scheme of Control and Enforcement with regard to research vessels carrying out scientific research on fisheries resources and notification of the bycatch to the Secretary.
