Regulation on the procedure for providing grants in the form of subsidies to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the implementation of projects for the growing of valuable and particularly valuable fish species envisages allocation of incentives for the purchase of fish stock of valuable and particularly valuable fish species intended for planting in an artificially created habitat for the purpose of further keeping and (or) breeding, rearing (with further release into waterbodies of fishery significance) and (or) commercial rearing. Application for public incentives shall be accompanied by copies of the following documents: (a) purchase and sale contracts; (b) copies of agreements (contracts), waybills, payment documents for acquired juveniles and (or) larvae of fish; and (c) copies of the accompanying veterinary documents for the acquired juveniles and (or) larvae of fish.
