Ministerial Decision on the Reference Price for the purchase of cashew nuts from the producer in the amount of 37.00 Mt/Kg (thirty-seven meticais per kilogram) for the 2022/2023 Cashew Nut Marketing Campaign.

This Decision sets the Reference Price for the purchase of cashew nuts from the producer for 2022/2023. Under paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 23 of Decree No. 78/2018 of 6 December, establishing the Regulation for the Promotion, Production, Marketing, Processing and Export of Cashew, the Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development and Industry and Commerce, establish the Reference Price for the purchase of cashew nuts from the producer in the amount of 37.00 MT/Kg (thirty-seven meticais per kilogram) for the 2022/2023 Cashew Nut Marketing Campaign. The reference price for purchasing cashew nuts from the producer will be updated whenever there is a fluctuation in the price of cashew nuts on the international market below or above 10%, in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 23 of Decree No. 78/2018.
