Order No. 147/2023 amending the complementary national rules, for the mainland, on the interventions «Restructuring and conversion of vineyards (organic)» and «Restructuring and conversion of vineyards», of the domain «B.3 — National Programme to support the viticulture sector» of the axis « B — Integrated sectoral approach» of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for Portugal (PEPAC Portugal).

This Order establishes the first amendment to Ordinance no. 54-J/2023, of 27 February, which establishes the complementary national rules, for the mainland, of the interventions "Restructuring and conversion of vineyards (organic)" and "Restructuring and conversion of vineyards», of the domain «B.3 - National Program to support the vitiviniculture sector» of the axis «B - Integrated sectoral approach» of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for Portugal (PEPAC Portugal). Amendments deal with terms and conditions to submit applications and amount of aid for less developed and transitional regions.
