This Regulation prescribes the mandatory behavior of owners of waste from the production of titanium dioxide and other stakeholders of the waste management system from the production of titanium dioxide. Special condition for the activity of waste disposal by process (coded) D 4 Disposal of waste in surface basins, D 6 discharge of waste into inland waters excluding seas/oceans and D 7 discharge of waste into seas/oceans including infiltration into the seabed, for waste from titanium dioxide production plants is that the waste, which is discharged or disposed of in surface basins, meets the requirements for limit values of waste water emissions from titanium dioxide production plants prescribed by a special regulation governing the limit values of waste water emissions.
