This Order implements additional phytosanitary protection procedures and measures aimed at eradicating the quarantine fungus Elsinoë fawcettii Bitanc & Jenkins in the national territory. The provisions of the previous paragraph are applicable without prejudice to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 26 October 2016 on protective measures against plant pests.
