This Regulation here determines the implementation of intervention 78.01. Support for the transfer of knowledge from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027. This text further specifies related procedures that will be carried out by the Agency for payments in agriculture, fisheries and rural development; the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as the Management Body and additional procedural matters regarding possible appeals against the decisions of the Payment Agency. Eligible users are trades and legal entities registered for the provision of education and/or counseling services outside the regular education system or for the provision of education and/or counseling services outside the regular education system prescribed by the Statute, which meet the requirements of this Regulation, and can be: a) private advisory services, independent or within another legal entity; b) private advisor; c) non-governmental organizations; d) Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, administration(s) responsible for counselling; e) Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food.
