This Chapter concerns fish restoration and management projects and provides for the following matters: cooperation between Federal Government and State fish and game departments; expenditure of funds; allocation of amounts by coastal States between marine fish projects and freshwater fish projects; improvement of areas of water or land adaptable as hatching, feeding, resting, or breeding places for fish; aquatic resources education programme; implementation of fishery resource restoration plans; New England rivers fish and wildlife inventory; funding requirements; conducting surveys to determine the adequacy, number, location, and quality of facilities providing access to recreational water for recreational boats.
