This Ordinance defines "environmentally burdensome activities" and prohibits carrying out of such activities without an authorization of the Minister responsible for the environment. A national Decree may specify exemptions on this prohibition. An environmental impact report may be required for permitted activities, for which also conditions may be prescribed.
