This Chief Executive’s Decision sets up rules to be observed by the users of certain hazardous substances. The users of these hazardous substances must ensure these materials are stored in controlled storage areas as defined by the of the Law No. 12/2022 after their entry into Macau or upon production within the region. This storage must occur until the substances are either exported or utilized. Furthermore, the Decision emphasizes that such hazardous substances should be handled through licensed transit companies for external trade operations. There are exceptions to the requirement for mandatory storage in controlled storage areas in some circumstances as prescribed in the Decision.
