This Notification lays down the technical principles regarding investment and business loans/financing to be used by the Agriculture Bank and Agricultural Cooperatives for agricultural production between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2026. It sets out provisions on the special criteria discount rates, types of production, technical criteria, delaying or paying off loans in installments due to natural disasters, and agricultural insurance. The types of production in the scope of this Notification include sheep and goats, bovines, apiculture, disease-free animal husbandry, poultry, aquaculture, plant cultivation, feed crops, nationally certified seeds and saplings, ornamental plants, medicinal and aromatic plants, fruit. Investment will be allocated in the fields of agricultural machinery and equipment, land consolidation, pressurized irrigation system, licensed warehouse, cold storage, processing of agricultural products, contract farming, renewable energy, bioagriculture, agricultural R&D, and agricultural organizations.
