This Presidential Decree approves the Annual National Development Plan 2025 (PADN 2025). Under the terms of Law no. 1/11 of 14 January, the Basic Law of the General Regime of the National Planning System, the implementation of the National Development Plan (PDN) takes place through Annual Plans, which are called the Annual National Development Plan (PADN), and constitute the government's “Activity Plan” for a given financial year. The fundamental aim of the PADN is to ensure that Public Investment Projects and Development Support Expenditure, included in the General State Budget, are aligned with the priorities set out in the 50 Action Programmes in the NDP 2023-2027, taking into account the objectives and targets set for 2025.
