This Law regulates the principles, principles and entities that provide support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the adoption of a strategy for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republika Srpska, the organizational structure, tasks and methods of work of the Council and agencies, as well as other issues of importance for their development. The aim of this law is to create a favorable business environment, encourage the establishment, growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), increase their competitiveness by creating innovations and developing awareness of the importance of SMEs and entrepreneurship for economic development. Chapter VI sets inspection and supervision provisions. Chapter VII defines offences and penalties.
