Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1941 on the prohibition of introduction, movement, holding, multiplication or release of certain pests pursuant to Article 30(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The Annex to this Regulation lays down the list of pests subject to the prohibition of introduction, movement, holding, multiplication or release, until 31 May 2027.
