This Law creates the Employment Programme aimed to expand mobility and employment opportunities through the granting of intra-municipal transportation credits and other associated benefits to unemployed citizens in the State of Sergipe, with registration and job placement through the Worker Support Center (NAT). The specific objectives of the Programme are: facilitate the transportation of unemployed citizens to job interviews and selection processes; ensure the provision of appropriate clothing through the Cabide Solidário program to increase beneficiaries' confidence; offer personal care services to improve beneficiaries' self-confidence and self-esteem; promote insertion into the job market through logistical and social support; establish partnerships with companies, social organizations, and public agencies to enhance the Programme's impacts.
