Regulation No. 28 on price surveys.

This Regulation establishes a system for conducting price surveys of goods and services, including food products, within selected product groups and geographic areas. The Consumer Council is responsible for organizing these surveys, delegating data collection to local committees or authorized persons who must be granted access to shop premises. Shops are required to confirm the accuracy of collected price information, which is then submitted to the Consumer Council for processing and publication. Results may be made public in full, partial, or statistical form through media outlets or brochures, thereby ensuring transparency and enabling consumers to compare food prices across businesses and regions.
