This Resolution approves the Regulation on the Concession of Management and Operation of Autonomous Systems based on Renewable Energy Sources. This Regulation establishes the following: a) rules relating to the Concession for the Management and Operation of Autonomous Systems Based on Renewable Energy, located in geographically isolated areas; b) provisions relating to the remuneration scheme for holders of a Licence for the integrated exploitation of activities involving the production, distribution and sale of electricity in Autonomous Renewable Energy Systems located in geographically isolated areas. This Regulation applies to: Operators of Autonomous Systems holding a licence for the production, distribution and sale of electricity and a Management and Operation Concession Contract; and Consumers or Customers connected to these Systems.
