This National Ordinance provides for land registry in Curaçao. The Ordinance concerns: cadastral division, section and number; measurements and other work necessary for the establishment and maintenance of the land registry; costs of activities carried out for the purpose of establishing the land registry; establishment of boundary markers; penalties in case of misconduct; obligation to maintain the landmarks serving to ensure the boundaries in proper condition.
