This Regulation establishes uniform rules for the structure, content, and presentation of the Annual Performance Reports (APRs) required under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Strategic Plans. It ensures standardized reporting across the EU for greater transparency and performance evaluation of CAP funds. The Annex to this Regulation sets out technical specifications for reporting, covering output and result indicators, which improve the effectiveness of CAP interventions.
