This Regulation, implementing The Noxious Weeds Act, specifies different tiers of noxious weeds; indicates the prescribed maximum charge per acre; describes the content of certain notes, including the name of the inspectors and the description of the land in respect of which the notice is given and where the inspector believes the noxious weeds are located.
