This Ordinance specifies the technical standards and normative references applicable to the implementation of the cantonal Energy Ordinance (EnerV). Issued pursuant to Article 27c(1) EnerV, it designates the implementation guidance of the Conference of Cantonal Energy Specialists (Energiefachstellenkonferenz) as the authoritative reference for the application of technical energy-efficiency requirements and identifies the standards to be used for demonstrating compliance with those requirements. It further refers to specific recommendations for heated greenhouses and air-supported structures and supports the uniform implementation and verification of energy-efficiency requirements in the canton.
