These Regulations, implementing section 98 of the Protected Areas Act, provide for designating a laboratory to analyse and examine substances, in the following cases: laboratory accredited by the competent Canadian Association; the laboratory follows generally accepted testing procedures for the analysis required and employs qualified analysts.
