This Regulation establishes the procedure for notifying and maintaining a unified record of temporary structures to be constructed or installed on agricultural land for the purpose of supporting the efficient organization and conduct of agricultural activities. For the purposes of this Regulation, temporary structures on agricultural land may include facilities intended for the temporary storage of agricultural machinery, equipment, hay, fodder, veterinary medicines and other agricultural supplies (excluding toxic chemicals), as well as shepherds’ shelters, resting facilities, sanitary and hygienic amenities for workers, and other structures directly related to agricultural operations. The owner of an agricultural land plot may construct or install such temporary structures in accordance with the requirements of Article 3.0.16 of the Urban Planning and Construction Code, provided that the relevant authorities are duly notified in accordance with the procedure established by this Regulation.
