Regulation No. 746/2011 on certain adaptation measures and on the labelling of feed.

This Regulation implements Commission Regulation (EU) No 454/2010 in Iceland, introducing specific adaptation measures related to the labelling of feed under the EU feed marketing framework established by Regulation (EC) No 767/2009. It gives legal effect to the relevant EEA provisions, designates the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) as the competent enforcement authority, and provides that violations are subject to the penalties set out in Iceland's legislation on the supervision of feed, fertilizers and seed material.
