This Regulation amends the Protected Areas Regulation (No. 2018/R-78). Section 3 of the Regulations is amended to state that special regulations to implement separate protected areas, protected by Environment Protection and Preservation Act of Maldives (No. 4/93), will be exempt from application of these Regulation.
