This Decree establishes the procedures and principles for supporting investment projects to increase plant production through the use of appropriate agricultural production methods. Grant support shall be provided from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 for projects that include the following topics: (i) bringing uncultivated or fallow lands back into agricultural production by using appropriate crop rotation plans and planting methods; (ii) developing the production of oilseed crops, legumes, cereals, and vegetables, primarily with suitable varieties, taking into account climate change; (iii) increasing the production of high value-added plant species in lands unsuitable for cultivated agriculture; (iv) increasing the yield per unit area of plant species existing in their natural ecologies through grafting, variety change, and similar technical applications.
