This County Annual Development Plan aims at ensuring a healthy and wealthy County living in harmony with the environment, outlining the strategic priorities, programmes, and projects that will guide the County's development efforts during the financial year 2024-2025, through the following sectors: health, education, environmental protection, water and natural resources conservation, social protection and recreational services, public administration and intergovernmental relations sector, agricultural, fisheries, livestock rural and urban development, energy, provision of infrastructure infrastructure facilities for sustainable economic growth, and information and communication technologies, incentives to small, micro and medium enterprises. The Plan also concerns: poverty reduction, improving the right to live in a clean, healthy and sustainable environment.
