These Regulations lay down detailed rules as regards the application for registration of a pesticide, the application for and issuance of a pesticides license, requirements for the labelling of containers, prohibition on using or handling pesticides without training and obtaining a certificate on safety and proper use and handling of pesticide from the Registrar, prohibition on advertising any unregistered pesticide, the application for restricted use permit and experimental use permit, and record of restricted use pesticides.
