This Act provides for the establishment of the Guyana Forestry Commission and its incorporation. The 35 sections are divided into 4 Parts: Without title (sects. 1-2); Establishment of the Guyana Forestry Commission (sects 3-5); Financial Provisions (sects. 6 to 25); Miscellaneous (sects. 26-33).
