This Decree establishes a Table listing down the percentage of an active chemical substance contained in an agricultural product and the difference permitted between the results of the official chemical analysis report of such products and the data registered on its label. For active substances and products for which chemical features are established by special Ministerial Decrees based on the correspondent FAO specifications for plant protection products, then these Decrees will apply, even if they don't comply with what defined in paragraph 1 of the present Decree.
