Fisheries Act (Amendment) (No. 2) Decree, 1995 (Decree No. 54).

This Decree amends section 48 of the Fisheries Act, 1991, relating to penalties for fishing without a valid licence. The minimum amount of the fine is raised from five to fifteen million dalasis. (2 sections)
