The above-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing common fishery rights within the EU of 17 January 1989 (BGBl. I p. 100). The amendments relate to number 4 of article 1 concerning nets carried aboard with different mesh size. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
