Regional Decree No. 9/94/M establishing exploitation regime and regulating the use of Madeira's port infrastructures.

This Regional Decree regulates the use and the exploitation of Madeira's port infrustructures. It (9 articles and 1 annex) regulates the use of these infrustructures and specifies fishing and non-fishing vessel obligations, concession, prohibited uses, controls to be carried out on vessels, contraventions, etc.
