This Regional Decree establishes provisions for water supply and for the conservation of waterworks. It regulates water supply uses and lays down the requirements for obtaining a captation licence. It consists of 26 articles establishing fees for water exploitation, authorized water uses, controls and sanctions for offenders. It also specifies that water supply management is under the competence of the Regional Government.
