Wool International is to be privatised and as such to take the form of a company. Division 2 of Part 2 deals with matters preliminary to privatisation such as the nomination of a trust company, the registration as a company, etc. issue of shares to registered shareholders and other matters relating to shares of Wool International are dealt with by Division 4 of Part 2.
