Memorandum Order creating an Inter-Agency Task Force to address ecological problems affecting irrigation systems and agricultural areas in the Country (No. 373 of 1991).

This task force of government officials shall address rehabilitation of irrigation systems damages to natural disaster. It shall organize and monitor response to siltation of rivers in various parts of the country. The Committee shall function ads an information and discussion platform and make recommendations and report quarterly to the President.
