This Regional Decree regulates purchase, construction and modification of fishing vessels within the Autonomous Region of Azores. It consists of 9 articles establishing the conditions to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity, under the control of Regional Direction of Fisheries (including registered vessel leasing by national or foreign board).
