This Order approves the specific programme in order to avoid pollution originating from hexaclorobutadiene. It consists of 3 articles and 1 annex establishing the aforementioned programme, the aim of which is to regulate the use of hexaclorobutadiene and to manage and dispose the relevant residues containing this substance in order to combat in particular water pollution.
