Ministerial Decree No. 385951 setting supplementary measures for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market of wine.
The Decree sets forth supplementary measures regarding the publicity of oenological products and also lays down requirements for visiting traditional wineries.
