Order No. 641/95 amending Order No. 241/90 on the methods for detecting trichinae in fresh meat imported from non-EC countries.

This Order amends Order No. 241/90 on the methods for detecting trichinae in fresh swine and horse meat imported from non-EC countries. Amendments concern the annexes which specify new sanitary methods and techniques to be applied in order to detect this pest in pig and horse meat.
