This Order authorizes the marine hydropower installations «Flutuadores de Arquimedes». It consists of 3 articles establishing the requirements for the installation of infrastructure by 'OCEANERGIA' Project in order to produce hydropower energy originating from sea waves by «flutuadores de Arquimedes».
